The "This Morning" presenter recently shared details about her remarkable 11 stone weight loss journey, achieved through regular exercise with a personal trainer and diet moderation. Notably, Hammond confirmed she did not use weight-loss injections to achieve her results. Her health journey was reportedly motivated in part by her mother's concerns and a pre-diabetic diagnosis.
