Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Slash Beverly Hills Mansion Price Following Divorce Finalization

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have reduced the asking price of their Beverly Hills mansion by approximately $8 million, lowering it from $68 million to $59.95 million after the property sat on the market for nearly 10 months. The former couple purchased the home for $60.8 million in May 2023, before their divorce filing in July 2024, which was finalized in January 2025.

The price reduction represents the couple's attempt to offload what appears to be their last major shared asset following their split. The property reportedly carries high insurance costs, adding urgency to the sale.

In a recent interview, Lopez opened up about how she handled telling her children about the divorce, stating she promised them she would "come out stronger." She reflected that she is now "stronger and happier" and that her children have adapted well to the changes and maintain a good relationship with Affleck.

Meanwhile, Affleck has been spotted responding to questions about his post-divorce life. When asked by TMZ in May 2025 about being "Hollywood's most eligible bachelor," he laughed off the compliment. When further questioned about his preference for Latinas, Affleck confirmed that he does indeed like Latinas, a comment that came months after discussing his divorce in a March 2025 GQ interview.
