Grammy-winning country singer Gretchen Wilson has emerged victorious on FOX's "The Masked Singer," taking home the season 13 title while performing as the character Pearl. Wilson's win on the May 7 finale came after she defeated fellow finalists Boogie Woogie (revealed as Andy Grammer), Coral (Meg Donnelly), and Mad Scientist (Brian Kelley).

What makes Wilson's triumph particularly remarkable is that it follows a serious health challenge she experienced months before filming the show. The "Redneck Woman" singer disclosed that she had suffered a debilitating leg injury that threatened her participation.

"I had a really bad, debilitating leg injury right before I came to do the show," Wilson revealed after her unmasking. The country star persevered through recovery to not only compete but ultimately win the competition.
