Halle Bailey Granted Restraining Order Against Ex-Boyfriend DDG Following Abuse Allegations

Actress and singer Halle Bailey has been granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order against her ex-boyfriend DDG (Daryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.) following allegations of multiple physical attacks and ongoing harassment.

In court documents filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Bailey detailed several disturbing incidents that allegedly occurred after their breakup. The allegations include physical assaults that left her with bruises and a chipped tooth. In one particularly violent incident, Bailey claims DDG slammed her face against a steering wheel.

Bailey provided evidence including photographs of her injuries and text messages documenting the alleged abuse. The court filings also include claims that DDG has been "weaponizing his online following" against her and engaging in harassment campaigns.

The restraining order requires DDG to maintain a distance of 100 yards from Bailey and their son Halo. It also prohibits him from making public comments about Bailey and permits her to take their son to Italy for filming commitments.

This legal action follows recent public friction between the former couple regarding their breakup and co-parenting arrangements. Prior to the restraining order, DDG had publicly accused Bailey of keeping him from seeing their son.
