Reports about a cease and desist letter allegedly sent from Kanye West's lawyer to Kim Kardashian regarding their children have been confirmed as a hoax. According to TMZ, both Kim's team and Kanye's representatives stated that the letter was fake.

The fabricated letter had claimed that West was accusing Kardashian of neglecting their daughter North during the 2025 Met Gala by leaving her in a car, and also alleged that Kardashian was denying West access to their children. These claims were part of what appeared to be an ongoing custody dispute between the former couple.
