Kim Kardashian Testifies in Paris Robbery Trial, Launches New TV Role

Kim Kardashian recently traveled to Paris to testify in the trial of those accused of robbing her at gunpoint in 2016, providing powerful testimony about the traumatic experience that occurred nearly eight years ago.

Paris Robbery Trial Testimony

During her court appearance, Kardashian recounted the harrowing details of the night when she was bound, gagged, and robbed of approximately $10 million in jewelry. "I thought I was going to die," she testified emotionally. "I felt the gun on my back... I said a prayer." The reality star described being tied up and held at gunpoint while the thieves, whom she was surprised to discover were significantly older men (dubbed the "grandpa robbers" by media), ransacked her hotel room.

Kardashian's testimony included a moment of forgiveness toward one of the defendants, Aomar Ait Khedache, who had previously apologized for his actions. "I forgive you," she told him in court, according to reports from her lawyer, Michael Rhodes.

Hotel receptionist Abderrahmane Ouatiki also testified, describing how he was forced to lead the robbers to Kardashian's room on that fateful night. Meanwhile, the lawyer for Kardashian's former bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, defended his client's decision to leave her alone in the hotel that night—a choice that has been questioned extensively since the robbery.

Following her testimony, Kardashian was seen dining in Paris with her mother, Kris Jenner, marking a significant moment of closure for the star, who has implemented extensive security changes since the incident.

New Career Move: Legal Drama Series

In other news, Kim Kardashian is expanding her acting career with a starring role in Ryan Murphy's new Hulu series "All's Fair." The first trailer shows Kardashian portraying a ruthless divorce lawyer in an all-female firm. The legal drama features an impressive ensemble cast including Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Sarah Paulson, and Glenn Close.

This role represents a significant step in Kardashian's career evolution, paralleling her real-life interest in legal studies and advocacy.
