'The Masked Singer' Crowns Season 13 Champion, Plans Scheduling Shift for Future Seasons

Grammy-winning country singer Gretchen Wilson was crowned the champion of "The Masked Singer" Season 13 finale, performing as Pearl throughout the competition. Wilson emerged victorious in an emotional four-way showdown against the other finalists.

Singer Andy Grammer, who performed as Boogie Woogie, finished as the runner-up. Actress Meg Donnelly (Coral) secured third place, while Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley (Mad Scientist Monster) rounded out the top four.

"The Masked Singer" has also announced significant scheduling changes for its future seasons. FOX has renewed the popular singing competition for Season 14, but will break from its traditional twice-yearly format. The show will skip its Fall 2025 run and return in January 2026.

The series continues to be hosted by Nick Cannon with a panel of judges including Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Rita Ora, who attempt to guess the identities of the masked celebrity contestants based on performance clues.

This scheduling shift represents the first time the show has taken a hiatus from its usual pattern since its inception, with FOX indicating the change aims to keep the format fresh and potentially attract higher-profile celebrities for future seasons.
