Corrections
Corrections Policy
Sawse corrects material factual errors and updates research when source records change or new context is added.
Reporting an error
Readers can report factual errors through the Contact page or by emailing [email protected]. Include the page URL, the disputed statement, the source record or filing that supports the correction, and enough context for the editorial team to reproduce the issue.
What gets corrected
Sawse corrects incorrect figures, dates, source attributions, company identifiers, filing references, table values, and material statements that are not supported by the cited record. Typographical fixes that do not affect meaning may be corrected without a separate note.
Updates
Articles may be updated when new filings, corrected source data, additional reviewed context, or changed methodology materially affects the research record. Updated timestamps should reflect meaningful content changes.
Transparency
Material corrections should be reflected through updated timestamps, correction notes, or both where appropriate. Sawse does not silently rewrite material factual conclusions after publication.
